Sometimes you’ve already written a draft email, but you want to polish the wording, adjust the tone, or rewrite parts of it to match your business’s voice. The Write For Me feature, powered by Rivi AI, lets you instantly rewrite your content using your configured Business Intelligence settings, ensuring your messaging is always professional and on-brand.

🔔 What to Know Before You Start:

  • You’ll need Conversations Inbox access permissions (ie Admin or TeamAdmin) to use Write For Me.

  • Write For Me can be used when:

    • Replying to an email.

    • Composing a brand-new email.

  • You can choose from different tone options to match the mood you want to convey (professional, friendly, etc.).

  • You can manually edit any content after Rivi AI suggests changes.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Edit Your Email Using Write For Me (Rivi AI)

  1. Log in to your Webware Dashboard.

  2. Open the email you are replying to — this can be from:

    • The Conversations Inbox.

    • The Contact Card in the CRM.

    • The Hot List, New Leads, or Form Submissions areas of the Dashboard.

  3. Start drafting your email in the Message field.

  4. Once you’ve written your content, click the “Write For Me” button.

  5. From the menu, select “Edit or Review Selection”.

  6. Here are your options:

    • Draft an Email

      • RIVI will analyze the context of your previous email conversation with the contact and generate a tailored response, enhanced by your Business Intelligence settings

    • Change Tone

      • Professional

      • Casual

      • Straightforward

      • Confident

      • Friendly

    • Improve Writing
      Makes the writing smoother and clearer.

    • Fix Spelling & Grammar
      Quick corrections for typos or grammar issues.

    • Make Shorter
      Condense the content.

    • Make Longer
      Expand the content with more detail.

    • Simplify Language
      Make it easier to understand.

    • Summarize
      Generate a brief summary of the selected content.

    • Continue Writing
      AI keeps writing from where you left off.

    • Optimize for SEO
      Improve keyword targeting and search visibility.

    ➡️ To enter a custom prompt: Highlight your content, click Write for me, then click Write for me again to type your own instruction.

  7. Finalize your email and click Send when ready.
