✨ Introduction:

Your online reputation is your digital street cred. Webware’s Reputation tool helps you take control of how reviews are collected, filtered, and responded to — without needing to log in to multiple platforms like Google or Facebook.

🔔 What to Know Before You Start:

  • You’ll need access to your Webware Dashboard.

  • Reviews can be pulled from Google, Facebook, and your Webware site.

  • Use filters to automatically display high-rated reviews and privately alert your team of low ratings.

  • RIVI AI can help you draft professional responses quickly.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: How to Set Up and Use Reputation Tools

✅ Step 1: Build a Dedicated Reviews Page

  1. Go to the Website > Site Pages section in the left menu.

  2. Click Add Page, and choose a Reviews layout.

  3. Give your page a name (e.g. “Reviews” or “Testimonials”).

  4. (Optional) Adjust the page URL or navigation menu placement.

  5. Click Save.

This page will now collect and display all approved reviews on your website.

✅ Step 2: Adjust Reputation Settings

  1. Navigate to Reputation > Settings.

  2. Choose which sources to display: Google, Facebook, and/or Site Reviews.
NOTE: ⚠️ Only Google and Facebook are supported for external reviews.

  3. Set your Minimum Benchmark (e.g. only show 4★ or higher reviews).

  4. Add Notification Emails to get alerted when a review is submitted.

  5. Click Save.

⚠️ If your Google or Facebook accounts aren’t connected, go to Social Hub > Connect Accounts to link them. Otherwise, uncheck those platforms to avoid errors.

✅ Step 3: View and Manage Reviews

  1. Navigate to Reputation > Manage Reviews.

  2. View all reviews (Google, Facebook, and Webware) in a single dashboard.

  3. Click Reply to respond directly:

    • Google/Facebook responses post back to their platforms.

    • Site Reviews display on your website’s Reviews page.

Use RIVI “Write for Me” to draft professional, customizable replies based on the review context.

🧠 Reply Best Practices:

  • AcknowledgeOwnOffer a next step (and take offline if needed).

  • Keep it timely (ideally within 24–48 hours).

  • Mark reviews as Responded or Action Required to track follow-ups.

✅ Pro Tip:

Webware notifies you instantly when a review is submitted. Use that alert to act quickly and thank your happy customers — or resolve concerns before they grow.
Fast responses = stronger trust.

🎯 Next Steps:

After setting up Reputation:

  • Add your Reviews page to your site menu for visibility.

  • Connect your Google/Facebook accounts to sync reviews.

  • Let RIVI help you respond with confidence.
