✨ Introduction:
Pipes and Stages let you map out key workflows in your business — whether it’s sales, hiring, onboarding, or service delivery. Each Pipe represents a process (like “New Lead” or “Hiring Process”), while Stages track progress within that pipe (e.g., “Interview 1 Completed” or “Quote Sent”). This visual structure helps your team stay aligned, accountable, and focused.
🔔 What to Know Before You Start:
You need CRM permissions to create or edit Pipes and Stages.
Each pipe is made up of multiple stages.
Changes to a pipe are reflected in the CRM and visible to all team members.
Users get notified whenever a contact is moved between pipes or stages.
Pipes can be viewed in Kanban style (drag-and-drop) or List view.
